Interior
An exceptional 4 bedroom chalet spread over 3 floors with full kitchen, spacious open plan lounge/dining area with log burning fire, home cinema, full laundry facilities, 4 bathrooms.
Located in Les Bois, a wooded enclave which is just minutes from Flegere cable car and Chamonix golf course and a 5 minute drive from Chamonix town centre. A chalet which has uninterrupted views of Mt Blanc and its massif. There are 7 restaurants, 3 bars, post office, convenience store and newsagency all within walking distance of the chalet.
There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, plus a bathroom and ensuite. The main bedroom is a double that has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms with overhead velux windows.
On the ground floor there is a full kitchen, large open plan lounge and dining area with open fire. The views from this room are exceptional! There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.
You will find on the lower floor (basement) a spacious lounge area with home cinema and Sat TV. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer, ski storage and direct access to the underground car park.
Running off the lounge area is the 4th bedroom which has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Situated in the Les Bois, a wide part of the valley with amazing views of the Mont Blanc massif. A short walk from Flegere cable car, Chamonix golf course and just a few minutes drive from Chamonix town centre. A 5 minute walk will get you to Les Praz de Chamonix where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops plus a small grocery store for your freshly cooked morning croissants.What's included
We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.
Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.
Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.

Arrival & Departures
We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.
Check-in time
Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.
Check-out time
Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure
For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in
Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in
