Interior

This beautiful 3 bedroom chalet is located in Les Bois, a very sought after location in the valley due to its quiet and spacious setting, access to Flegere ski lifts, Chamonix golf course and magnificent panoramic views of the massif. It is 5 minutes drive from central Chamonix.

On the ground floor you will find a large open plan dining/lounge area with TV/DVD, open fire, a bathroom with shower & WC, as well as a full kitchen with hot plates, oven, dishwasher etc.

3 bedrooms can be found on the top floor plus bathroom with bath and WC. In the basement there is a large lounge area with a sofa bed, TV/DVD and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and full laundry facilities.

Cozy Chalet, ideal for families and groups of friends. The fireplace was nice to light after skiing. A good ski area within 1km, restaurants within 500m.

The Chalet has everything you need. The lovely fire place makes it very cosy! We really liked Les Praz. Le Petit Social is a great place for a drink and the epicerie has the best croissants! Glenn and Sarah were great hosts. Thanks again for a great stay!

Location

Situated in the Les Bois, a wide part of the valley with amazing views of the Mont Blanc massif. A short walk from Flegere cable car, Chamonix golf course and just a few minutes drive from Chamonix town centre. A 5 minute walk will get you to Les Praz de Chamonix where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops plus a small grocery store for your freshly cooked morning croissants.  

What's included

We supply all our guests with the Chamonix Guest Card, which give free access to public bus and train services within the tourist valley plus other benefits.

Linen and towels are included. For guest staying 2 weeks or longer a fresh set of linen is available mid stay. Mid stay cleaning can also be arrange at an extra cost. Contact the office before you arrive or speak with the in resort rep.

Although end of stay cleaning is included we do expect our guests to do a few things. Full details HERE and we will go over these points when you arrive. Full cleaning is an optional extra.

Arrival & Departures

We greet all of our guests upon arrival and take them to their holiday rental so we can go over everything with them and answer any questions.

Check-in time

Check in is between 5pm and 8pm on date of arrival.

Check-out time

Check out time is 10am or before on date of departure

For guests arriving after 8pm there is a later arrival fee of €20 due at check-in. Arrivals after 11pm there is a later arrival fee of €50 due at check-in

Check-ins after midnight cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

The lead guest, or first guest to check-in, will be asked for credit card details for a Security Deposit at time of check-in

We can also arrange other services at an additional charge such as:

  • Lift passes delivered to your property
  • Ski hire, ski lessons and other activities.
